Thai Foot Massage is a relaxing yet invigorating treatment of the feet and lower legs that was greatly influenced by two of its closest neighbours China and India and their reflexology systems that are thousands of years old.  Elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Yoga, Chinese Massage and Thai Acupressure Points are incorporated into this invigorating massage.
 
This treatment opens up the Sen LInes balancing and harmonising the flow of energy through the body. During the treatment your Therapist will work on your lower legs and feet, so there is no need to undress, simply remove your socks and shoes relax ...  its a perfect way to put a spring in your step ...

How Does Thai Foot Massage Work?
 
This unique blend of techniques clears Sen Lines (Energy lines) which clears blockages, releases stress, tension and pain from the whole body.   
 
What does Thai Foot Massage involve?
 
Your treatment begins with your Therapist refreshing your feet with hot towels. Organic Cream or oils are then applied to your feet and lower legs.  A range of techniques that involves stretching, massage and thumb pressure will be used during your treatment.  A Thai stick carved from sustainable Teak is used to stimulate organ reflex points on the soles of the feet, these are the same points that are used in Reflexology. 
 
The concluding phase of your treatment an Invigorating balm is applied and then your feet and lower legs are wrapped in towels as part of this invigorating treatment.  A herbal tea or pure spring water and aftercare advice will be offered at the end of the treatment to further enhance the cleansing effects of this wonderfully energising and detoxifying treatment. 
 
 
How Long Does a Thai Foot Massage Treatment Normally Last?
 
A Thai Foot Massage lasts for approximately one hour.  This treatment can be used as a preventative treatment promoting balance, increased energy levels, detoxification, improved health and well being.  Regular treatments are recommended for optimum benefit.  Some Clients choose to book regular bi weekly or monthly treatments to keep their sen lines clear and body systems balanced and in good working order.
